Senior day festivities set
With the final game of the regular season at Gampel Pavilion on tap, UConn will hold its senior day ceremony on Sunday. The Huskies will honor Paige Bueckers, Kaitlyn Chen, Azzi Fudd and Aubrey Griffin.
A notable exception is Caroline Ducharme, who said she plans to return next season. As for Fudd, she hasn’t made a decision on her future. Unlike the other three seniors, who have exhausted their eligibility, Fudd can still return for another year.
Included in the festivities will be Bueckers’ induction into the Huskies of Honor. She’ll also be added to the board that lists all the program’s national players of the year.
