UConn hoping rejuvenated Ice Brady can step up in postseason once again
After missing a month with a shoulder injury, Brady has supposedly returned better than ever.

Last season, Aaliyah Edwards’ broken nose in UConn’s first postseason game paved the way for Ice Brady’s breakout in the Big East Tournament. Now, the Huskies are hoping that her own injury can provide a similar spark this March.
While Brady’s sophomore season has been underwhelming to this point, there’s been a noticeable difference in the San Diego native ever since she returned to the court after missing seven games with a shoulder injury.
“Ice is a different person today than she was before she hurt her shoulder,” Geno Auriemma said prior to her return against Marquette. “She spent the entire time really, really, really working her brains out. So then when she came back, this is the best she's looked since she's been at Connecticut.”
