UConn releases tip times and television information for 2025-26 season
Even without SNY, most of the Huskies' games are still on linear television.
UConn women’s basketball’s 2025-26 schedule is now complete. On Thursday, the Huskies announced tip times and television information for the upcoming campaign.
24 of UConn’s 31 games will be broadcast on linear television in the first year of the Big East’s new media deal.
The Fox Sports networks picked up 13 games — including five on big Fox — while Turner Sports has eight contests split up between TNT, truTV and sometimes both. Those games will also be simulcast on HBO Max. UConn will be on the ESPN family of networks just twice — the season opener vs. Louisville on Nov. 4 (ESPN) and its trip to USF on Dec. 2 (ESPN2).
The remaining seven games will be streamed on Peacock — NBC’s premium platform which starts at $10.99 per month. The entire Big East Tournament will be put behind the paywall, too.
As for the exhibitions, the Oct. 13 meeting with Boston College will be on NBC Sports Boston while WWAX and UConn+ will have the final tune-up against Southern Connecticut on Oct. 26.
With the new Big East media deal coming into effect, SNY is no longer a broadcast partner for the Huskies. Previously, the network would air games that weren’t picked up by Fox or CBS Sports. But now with the addition of the streaming platforms, there aren’t contests that slip through the cracks anymore.
The full broadcast schedule and tip times can be found below (one note: The Jan. 7 game against St. John’s is a 7 p.m. ET start, not 1 p.m. ET. The graphic was later corrected).
