UConn women’s basketball’s upcoming game at Seton Hall has been moved up to Saturday, Jan. 25 at noon due to the incoming winter storm, the school announced on Thursday. Tip-off had originally been slated for Sunday, Jan. 26 at noon. The contest will still take place at Walsh Gymnasium with Peacock/NBC Sports Network broadcast all the action.

The Northeast is projected to get hit with potentially a foot (or more) of snow over the weekend. Had the game remained on Sunday, the Huskies would’ve had trouble returning to Storrs afterwards.

UConn and Seton Hall already faced off once this season: An 84-48 victory for the Huskies at PeoplesBank Arena. UConn will take on Georgetown tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET on truTV/TNT/HBO Max.
